This project was focused on renewing a key resident amenity through full surface preparation, finish replacement, waterline tile upgrades, lighting improvements, plumbing verification, and startup support. The coordinated scope addressed the pool shell, sun shelf, spillover area, stools, coping joint, and safety components to refresh the amenity’s appearance and support dependable long-term performance.
This project highlights our ability to coordinate specialized aquatic amenity improvements from substrate preparation through finish installation, lighting, safety components, plumbing testing, and startup.
