Elevate – New Package Locker Area

Elevate – New Package Locker Area

The new package locker area project at Elevate in Georgetown, Texas focused on creating a dedicated outdoor space for resident package pickup. The scope included site excavation and installation of a reinforced concrete pad, electrical and data connections, and construction of a custom cedar pergola with an R-panel roof. The pergola was stained to match the property’s existing finishes, providing a covered location designed to accommodate a package locker system. The package locker equipment itself was not included in Matrix’s scope. This project highlights our ability to coordinate multifamily amenity improvements that combine concrete work, electrical and data infrastructure, and custom exterior carpentry. By preparing the pad, connections, and protective structure as one scope, Matrix helped create a defined space ready for package locker equipment to be installed by others.
