Matrix Construction Services completed a large-scale exterior repairs and paint project at Windsong Apartments in partnership with Elevate Property Partners. This project focused on restoring and refreshing exterior building components across the property through detailed carpentry repairs, surface preparation, paint application, gutter work, and structural exterior improvements. The scope included exterior painting across 264 residential units and 48 carports, along with targeted repairs to siding, stucco, trim, balconies, stair treads, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and exterior wood features. These updates helped improve the property’s curb appeal while addressing important repair needs throughout the community.
