Matrix Construction Services completed a large-scale roof replacement project at in Mesquite, Texas. The scope covered approximately 1,321 squares of roofing and included removal of existing shingles, flashings, and related roofing components down to the existing decking. The project also included decking repairs, new synthetic underlayment, composition shingles, flashing, roof penetrations, ventilation components, ridge caps, and fascia repairs throughout the property.
The roofing scope included approximately 1,321 squares of shingles, 6,866 linear feet of drip edge, 4,794 linear feet of valley metal, 8,308 linear feet of ridge cap, and approximately 1,135 linear feet of fascia repairs, making this a substantial property-wide exterior project.
