Matrix Construction Services completed an interior renovation project at Enclave at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. The project refreshed unit interiors across eight floor plans through new cabinetry, cabinet painting and hardware, 3-centimeter Bianca quartz countertops, bath hardware, mirrors, plumbing work, drywall repairs, and related demolition and reconstruction. The coordinated scope created a consistent finish package from unit to unit while improving the appearance and function of the renovated spaces.
This project highlights our ability to coordinate multifamily interior renovations across multiple floor plans. By managing demolition, repairs, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom improvements, plumbing, and installation work within one scope, Matrix delivered refreshed unit interiors with a consistent look from layout to layout.
