At Matrix Construction Services, our team is made up of people who bring creativity, experience, and a strong work ethic to what they do. This month, we’re spotlighting Kim, Senior Marketing Manager, who has been part of the Matrix team for three years.
One of Kim’s favorite parts of her role is getting to be creative. In marketing, that creativity shows up in campaign ideas, content planning, event support, brand messaging, and new ways to tell Matrix’s story. Her work helps bring attention to the people, projects, milestones, and moments that make Matrix what it is. Kim brings a creative and thoughtful approach to the process, from supporting company events to building out marketing efforts and helping showcase our team’s work across different platforms.
Exploring New Technology
Kim has enjoyed working with the many new technology applications that have become part of the marketing world. As tools and platforms continue to change, she has found ways to use them to support the team, organize content, improve processes, and strengthen Matrix’s marketing efforts. Her willingness to learn, adapt, and try new things has helped Matrix keep moving forward as marketing continues to change.
A Standout Matrix Moment
One of Kim’s favorite Matrix memories was winning a best-booth award at HAA Chili Fest. The event gave the team a chance to connect with others in the industry, represent Matrix, and bring creativity into the booth experience. It was a fun reminder of how marketing, teamwork, and a strong event presence can come together to create a great result.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time at Disney with her family. It is one of her favorite ways to make memories, spend time with the people she loves, and take in the creativity and excitement that make each trip special. She also loves playing Mahjong with friends she has known since middle school, making it a tradition that has stayed with her through the years.
Celebrating Three Years
Kim has made a strong impact during her three years with Matrix. From creative marketing ideas and event support to brand storytelling and new technology applications, she has helped strengthen the way we share Matrix’s story. We’re grateful to have her on the team and excited to celebrate this milestone with her.
