Roof and Attic: R&R of light-weight gypsum concrete and R&R of R19 blown-in insulation in the attic areas.

Stairwell and Landing: R&R of metal pan stairways, floor joists, sheathing, gypsum concrete, and ornamental iron handrails on exterior landings and stairs.

Mechanical: R&R of 8 central air condenser units, 8 air handlers, ductwork systems (up to 900 SF homes), and associated refrigerant linesets.

Electrical: Full system check, rewiring (over 5,000 SF), R&R of 8 breaker panels (100 amp), R&R of trunk line cable (800 LF), and R&R of coaxial TV cable (1,000 LF).

Plumbing: Replacement of affected plumbing lines and general system checks, requiring 30 hours of labor.

Odor and Smoke Remediation: Extensive ozone treatment for deodorization across multiple rooms in affected units (Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms, etc.), along with cleaning and deodorizing of existing carpet.

Painting and Finishes: Seal/prime and paint the walls and ceilings. Extensive exterior painting, including sealing and painting wood siding, trim, fascia, and soffit.
