Matrix Construction Services successfully completed the resurfacing of a basketball court at Lakeshore at Preston in Plano, Texas, in partnership with Waterton Residential LLC. The project involved a comprehensive cleaning of the court followed by resurfacing, resulting in a refreshed and polished look. As part of the upgrade, the court was also converted into a regulation-size pickleball court, increasing its versatility and recreational appeal for residents.
