Gateway East Unit 1113 Rebuild

Matrix Construction Services recently completed a transformative rebuild at Gateway East at the Arts District in Dallas, Texas, for RPM Living. The work involved extensive drywall repairs, fresh coats of paint for walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinetry, as well as new baseboard installations. The rebuild also included the installation of toe kicks on bathroom vanities and resealing tubs and glass, and a final thorough cleaning of the space.

Renovation Work:

Installed and textured approximately 320 square feet of drywall in master closet, bathroom, and laundry room.
Repaired 15 drywall patches and matched textures seamlessly.
Painted walls, ceilings, trim, casings, cabinets, and baseboards to align with existing finishes.
Installed approximately 300 linear feet of baseboard and new toe kicks in the bathroom vanities.
Resealed bathroom tubs and glass with new caulking.
Conducted a thorough cleaning of all areas and appliances, leaving the unit ready for residents.
Disposed of all debris and ensured a spotless job site.
