Matrix Construction Services recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the leasing office, co-work area, and maintenance office at Bell Gateway Village in Plano, Texas, in partnership with Bell Partners.
The project involved selective demolition, new wall construction, updated flooring, custom millwork, new countertops, fresh paint and finishes, upgraded lighting, and the installation of new doors and hardware. The co-work space was enhanced with banquette seating, shelving, and a new storefront entry to create a functional and inviting collaborative area for residents.
The result is a fully refreshed community hub designed to improve workflow for leasing staff and provide residents with a modern, comfortable space to work and connect.
