Jyll’s journey to this role has been shaped by a diverse and impressive career. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an MBA, giving her a solid foundation in understanding organizational behavior and strategic management. On top of that, she’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Colorado real estate broker’s license, further highlighting her broad skill set.

A Proven Track Record!

Before joining us, Jyll spent over 16 years in the real estate industry and more than 20 years managing various projects and programs. Her focus on team building, process improvement, and operational success has been a hallmark of her career. As a US Army veteran, Jyll brings a disciplined approach and a strong sense of dedication to everything she does.

In her new role as COO, Jyll is eager to make a positive impact. She’s ready to use her experience to strengthen our operational capabilities, encourage collaboration, and contribute to the ongoing success of Matrix Construction Services.
