Tim recently celebrated 10 years with Matrix Construction Services, marking a milestone in a career defined by leadership and hands-on experience. As Director of Construction, he oversees projects across the Austin and San Antonio markets, tackling new challenges each day. His role keeps him deeply involved in both the strategic and practical sides of multifamily construction, making every day engaging.

Growing Through Every Role 

Tim’s career reflects steady growth from the ground up. He began in field work, gaining firsthand knowledge of construction processes, and then moved into project management, estimating, and client interaction. Today, he brings all those experiences together, balancing teams, timelines, and responsibilities across multiple markets to ensure projects run smoothly.

A Project That Stands Out 

One project Tim highlights is the Lirio Exterior Repairs and Paint initiative. He contributed to developing the estimate while Cesar led execution, resulting in a seamless process from start to finish. The client was impressed with the outcome, making the project a strong example of teamwork, preparation, and attention to detail.

Life Beyond the Jobsite 

Outside of work, Tim enjoys playing video games, making music, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors with his dog. During the holidays, he keeps things simple with classic favorites like yams and canned cranberry sauce, balancing personal time with the busy season.
