With a knack for innovation and a passion for collaboration, Priscilla plays a key role in keeping our business systems running smoothly.
Always Learning and Growing
One of the things Priscilla loves most about her job is the challenge of figuring out better ways to do things. Since joining Matrix, she’s become skilled in Salesforce administration, learned how to navigate tough conversations, and developed the ability to influence change—especially when it comes to helping people adopt new processes.
Making an Impact
Priscilla has led some major improvements during her time here, including implementing the 9-5 Takeoff process within Sage 100 and developing a migration tool to move jobs from Sage 300 to 100. She even handled most of those migrations herself! Seeing these projects positively impact her colleagues has been one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Life Outside of Work
When she’s not streamlining systems at Matrix, Priscilla is all about music, nature walks, and beach days. She loves catching air shows with her son, indulging in great food, and unwinding with Star Trek. And above all, she values laughter—because what’s life without a little fun?

As Priscilla continues to grow in her role, we can’t wait to see what she tackles next. Her ability to turn challenges into opportunities makes her an invaluable part of the Matrix team.
