Celebrating a New Tradition at Matrix 

At this year’s end-of-year Christmas party, Matrix introduced new company awards that better reflect the contributions made by our employees. The goal was to recognize individuals whose work consistently strengthens the company, even when that impact happens behind the scenes. It marked the start of a new tradition focused on leadership, consistency, and meaningful contribution.

 

Employee of the Year for 2025 

The Employee of the Year award for 2025 was presented to Sarah! Her influence is felt across departments, where she provides steady leadership and reliable guidance.  Sarah has played a key role in strengthening the systems and processes that support teams across Matrix. While her work isn’t in the field, it directly supports how the company operates every day and allows others to focus on delivering quality results. 

 

The award reflects the standard this recognition is meant to represent.

 

Five Years of Leadership 

As Director of Human Resources, Sarah has been with Matrix for more than five years. During that time, she has supported the company through growth and change, offering experience and clarity during key moments. Her ability to balance immediate needs with a broader perspective has helped guide sound decision-making.
