Recognizing the Go-To Problem Solver 

As part of our end of year Christmas party awards, Matrix recognized team members whose skills and approach make a real difference in how the company operates day to day. One of those recognitions was the Swiss Army Knife Award, an award created to celebrate versatility, problem solving, and the ability to step in when things do not go according to plan.

When others are unsure what to do next, this person finds a way forward.
