In the beginning, twelve people worked side by side in a modest Sunbelt office with just one bathroom. Desks filled every available corner, and even furniture from home was repurposed to make it all work. One of those desks is still in use today, a daily reminder of the scrappy beginnings that shaped Matrix’s culture. 

That persistence laid the groundwork for growth. Over the past decade, Matrix has expanded from that small office into a trusted partner for multifamily property owners, managers, and operators across Dallas–Fort Worth and throughout Texas.
