Building a Career at Matrix 

As a Production Manager, Juan oversees projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering results that reflect Matrix’s standard of excellence. For him, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing the satisfaction from clients and knowing that the work completed will serve residents and property teams long after the project wraps. That sense of impact drives him to give his best every day. 

Learning and Growth 

Since joining Matrix, Juan has grown both technically and operationally. He has gained proficiency in Sage and Salesforce, sharpening his ability to manage scheduling, project tracking, and reporting. He’s also deepened his understanding of multifamily renovations, from coordinating crews and materials to navigating the unique challenges of working on occupied properties. This combination of skills helps him approach each project with confidence and precision. 

A Project That Stands Out 

When reflecting on his career at Matrix, one project that stands out for Juan is the roofing work at Forum at Grand Prairie. Covering 22 buildings and 9 garages, the project required careful planning and seamless coordination. For Juan, it was a memorable example of teamwork in action and a reminder of what can be achieved when every detail is executed with care. 

Life Beyond Work 

Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also likes relaxing with hobbies such as video games, movies, and visiting water parks. Whether managing a large project or enjoying his free time, Juan brings energy and focus to everything he does.
