A Unique Setting
The FWAA Trade Show took place at the Texas Rangers baseball stadium, which gave the event a comfortable and familiar feel. The open setting made it easy to move around, stop for conversations, and take in the day. It was not the usual trade show environment, and that small change made a difference in how people connected. We had ourselves a good ol ball game out there, and the setting helped everyone settle in and enjoy the experience.
Conversations Throughout the Day
The day brought steady conversations with people across the multifamily community. We talked about ongoing projects, renovation needs, planning for the year ahead, and how properties are preparing for growth. These conversations are important because they give a clear sense of what matters most right now. Spending time face to face helps us understand how we can support upcoming work and where we can be most helpful.
Seeing Industry Partners
Many familiar partners and vendors were also at the event, and having everyone in the same space reminded us of how connected this industry is. There was time to check in, share updates, and listen to how others are approaching similar work. These moments keep relationships steady and help ideas move from casual conversations into real plans. It is always worthwhile to spend time with the people we work alongside throughout the year.
Thank You
Thank you to everyone who came by our booth to say hello. We appreciated each conversation and enjoyed the chance to catch up. The FWAA Trade Show was a good day at the ballpark, and we left with a clear sense of purpose and direction. We look forward to the next opportunity to meet again.
